| | - | Min. Bachelor degree in IT, preferably from master degree. |
| | - | Male/Female, max 35 years old. |

| | - | Have good computer skill (MS Office, Database, SAP). |

| | Specific Requirements |
| | - | Must be able to Support Operating for SAP UNIX based & Windows NT/ W2K |
| | - | Able to Database Oracle, SQL & DB2 |
| | - | Handle problem of Network Design Security & Management such as :
a. Transmission media : microwave, VSAT, VBI, ISDN and dial-up, Ethernet, Fibre optic
b. Network device: Ethernet/switch hub, bridge, router and gateway
c. Firewall (Check Point ). |
| | - | Experience minimum 2-3 Cycle implementation and having knowledge for: (Pre-Requisite ) |

| a. SAP system installation (Development , Quality Production systems) |
| |
| b. SAP system installation SAP Solution Manager (SOLMAN) |
| |
| c. Client configuration and transport procedure under Three system landscape |
| | | d. Design Service Desk Strategy |
| | | e. Configuration & Customizing : |
| | | | | o Helpdesk ( Service desk )
o EWA reporting
o System Monitoring
o Download Manager For SAP Solution | |
| | | f. Provide assistance in applying SAP support package and Kernel patches |
| | | g. Administration procedure such as SAP administration, Database backup and restore/recovery |
| | | (Disaster Recovery = DRC), Archiving. |
| | | h. Performance tuning |
| | | i. Maintain OSS connection |
| | | j. SAP system upgrade (Testing Server, Development , Quality Production systems) Stress Test
